About the Role
We are looking for a talented Service Improvement Specialist to lead service improvement initiatives across Buckinghamshire Council. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver improvements and efficiencies, and support the design of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing complex projects and change initiatives
* Identifying and delivering improvements and efficiencies
* Scoping requirements and supporting the design of solutions

Requirements:
* Expert knowledge of improvement methodologies, systems, policies, and regulations
* Ability to apply knowledge in a local government setting
