This Senior Care Assistant role is based at one of our Fareham care homes, offering a competitive salary of £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and supporting the clinical team, developing and implementing care plans, and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that promotes resident engagement and satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed qualities.
