About Red Personnel

We are a leading Real Estate Developer seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to join our team in the East of England.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various property development projects from concept to completion, providing hands-on experience and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform development decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Development Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of property development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance. Our offices are located in a convenient location in the East of England, offering easy access to public transport links.
