Job Summary:

Red Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager Property to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting every phase of property development, from identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to drive project success.
  • Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Manage key relationships and ensure clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience in property development, real estate, or construction.
  • Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, or property finance.
  • Motivated and passionate about real estate.
  • Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
