Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in the Glasgow area.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering prescribed care to a defined group of patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care that is tailored to the patient's needs, in collaboration with the patient and their carer/family.
  • Contributing to a team approach to patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Building relationships with external professionals and stakeholders, and communicating effectively with them to ensure seamless care.
  • Accurately observing and engaging with patients to assess their needs and evaluate their progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NMC standards and guidelines, and will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £33,176 - £35,596 per annum, DOE, and will be entitled to a range of benefits, including:
