We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor in the North Cumberland area.

About the Job

This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires effective communication, empathy, and strong organizational skills to support victims of sexual violence.

As part of our multi-agency framework consisting of the Bridgeway SARC and local partnership responses to sexual violence, you will work closely with victims, including children and young people, to provide high-quality proactive support and services tailored to their specific needs.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality proactive support to victims of sexual violence.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor the care pathway, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate access to necessary services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Substantial experience of working with victims of sexual violence and other service providers and agencies.
  • Excellent crisis management skills and a deep understanding of victim needs.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
