**Support Teacher for Special Educational Needs Student**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to provide individualized support to a student with special educational needs in a local village school.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with SEN learners and be committed to delivering high-quality support to enable the student to achieve their full potential.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we estimate an annual salary of around £41,000-£46,000 based on a 5-day week and 52 weeks per year.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver targeted interventions to support the student's academic and social development
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the student, their family, and other professionals
- Contribute to the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and attend regular review meetings
