Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in mainstream Primary schools based in Market Harborough and surrounding areas. As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students with Special Educational Needs, providing booster support and building strong relationships quickly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies, taking into account the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £20,000 to £25,000 per annum. A long-term contract with the option to extend or take on contracts 'as and when,' providing stability and security.
