Role Overview:
Vistry Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join our team. This senior role requires an individual with exceptional land acquisition skills and experience in negotiating legal agreements, procuring technical information, and preparing land approval packs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying suitable land opportunities, presenting to landowners and agents, and managing the offer process. You will work closely with internal and external parties to prepare offers and instruct consultants regarding legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints of any proposal.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field, excellent negotiation and networking skills, and a proven track record of buying land. You should also have a good understanding of legal obligations, planning authorities, and residual valuations for land appraisals. Additionally, you should be computer literate, able to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to a good standard, and possess a methodical approach to working practices.

Benefits:
Vistry Group offers a competitive basic salary of £70,000 per annum, annual bonus, company car or car allowance, and private medical insurance. You will also receive up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 2 volunteering days per annum, and enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. Furthermore, you will be eligible for a share save scheme, employee rewards portal, and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
