About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team in Warrington, Cheshire East. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for securing land opportunities to meet our company's expansion plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of buying land and a good understanding of legal obligations. You will also have excellent negotiation and networking skills, as well as a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable land opportunities on and off market for immediate opportunities and longer-term land with planning potential
  • Negotiate legal agreements with Vistry lawyers and third parties
  • Procure technical, legal, and development information to instruct internal and external parties to prepare offers
  • Prepare and submit Land Approval Packs and obtain authority to acquire sites in line with Company protocols
  • Manage the offer process and provide support to the Land Director and Managing Director
