Key Responsibilities:

* Process and action referrals received from Local Authorities
* Work collaboratively with the Referrals Manager and Officers, Social Workers, Team Managers and Senior Management Team
* Match young people with Fostering Families according to their needs
* Develop positive relationships with colleagues and Fostering Families

Requirements:

* Experience of working within children's services or similar
* Direct sales experience
* Organizational and administration skills
* Ability to follow regulatory policies and processes
* Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
