Role: Support WorkerAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide personalized assistance with daily activities, encourage social engagement, and contribute to a positive and supportive living environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized support tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Facilitate engaging activities and outings to promote social interaction and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident support.
- Must be female.
- Over 25 years old with a valid driver's license for operating the mobility van.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals with learning disabilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care.
