Role: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide personalized assistance with daily activities, encourage social engagement, and contribute to a positive and supportive living environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized support tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Facilitate engaging activities and outings to promote social interaction and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident support.
Requirements:
  • Must be female.
  • Over 25 years old with a valid driver's license for operating the mobility van.
  • Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care.
