About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting the independence and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Assist with community activities and outings to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy to service users
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
