Operations Coordinator

• Answering the telephone and routing calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the Head Office with a warm and welcoming smile
• Sorting and distributing morning post in a timely and organized fashion
• Arranging and taking notes in company meetings with attention to detail
• Checking and inputting time sheets and distributing payslips accurately
• Emailing internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision
• Filing, matching delivery notes to invoices, and holiday requests with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator
• Familiarity with administrative duties, including time sheets, invoices, note taking, and holiday forms
• Professional appearance and telephone manner
• Microsoft Office and computer literacy
