About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, preferably in a planning or coordination role.
  • They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to work effectively under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  4. Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, preferably in a planning or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance cover (4x annual salary), company pension scheme (we match up to 8%), 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
