Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed estimates for civil engineering projects.\
  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide expert advice on planning and estimating.\
  • Collaborate with the pre-contract tender team to develop bid-winning strategies.\
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.\
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track project costs and schedules.

Key Requirements
  • \
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and estimating for civil engineering projects.\
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation principles, methods, and software.\
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including life assurance cover, company pension scheme, and extensive training opportunities.
