\Main Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed estimates for civil engineering projects.\
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide expert advice on planning and estimating.\
- Collaborate with the pre-contract tender team to develop bid-winning strategies.\
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.\
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track project costs and schedules.
Key Requirements
- \
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and estimating for civil engineering projects.\
- Strong understanding of cost estimation principles, methods, and software.\
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including life assurance cover, company pension scheme, and extensive training opportunities.
