About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in Kent. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payrolls, processing incoming information and transactions, and producing high-quality payroll output files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all weekly and/or monthly variable pay instructions from sites, including bonuses, shift allowances, and overtime.
  • Produce and submit HMRC RTI and auto-enrolment pension files.
  • Deal with employee correspondence, including overpayment recovery letters and financial references.
Requirements
  • Experience in payroll management, preferably in a bureau or accountancy practice setting.
  • CIPP qualification or equivalent, with knowledge of HMRC RTI and auto-enrolment pension requirements.
  • Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in software used for payroll processing.
Salary and Benefits

A salary of £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and background, plus a highly competitive benefits package, including parking.
