About the Role

This Graduate Teaching Assistant position offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and development of a KS3 student. Working closely with the SENDCo and other support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a tailored support plan that meets the student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support services to the student, including academic assistance and pastoral care
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Engage with parents and carers to maintain open lines of communication and ensure consistency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and inform future planning

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience
  • A 12-month contract with the option to extend
