Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market trends to strategically identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain existing client relationships while cultivating new leads through consultative sales approaches, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Utilize cold calling, emailing, and in-person events to generate leads and secure client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in B2B sales within the leisure travel sector or relevant experience selling SaaS/technology solutions to the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and connectivity within the travel industry, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments and adaptability in fast-paced organizations.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • An uncapped commission structure, with an estimated 40% OTE.
