Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and expand our highly successful sales teams.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of two well-established teams, with a mandate to grow the division by adding a third team in the near future.
The role will play a crucial part in scaling and optimising our Microsoft and Cisco sales strategy, with a strong focus on Microsoft solutions.
About the RoleA leading client seeks a talented professional to spearhead their Enterprise Sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams within a VAR or similar tech environment.
Strong, established relationships with Microsoft and/or Cisco sales teams, with an understanding of both product portfolios, are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the Enterprise Sales strategy with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to build and integrate a third team under your leadership.
- Leverage connections with Microsoft and/or Cisco to enhance partnerships and customer reach.
- Proven track record in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationships with Microsoft and/or Cisco sales teams.
- Demonstrable success in scaling teams and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Up to £125,000 + Double OTE + £50,000 Company Based Bonus.
Hybrid Working – Time with the team in the London office.
