Student Progression Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Student Progression Coordinator to join our team at Livingstone Academy Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to students, enabling them to access learning opportunities and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote student progress and attainment
- Work closely with teachers to support the management of classrooms, individual students or groups of students with particular requirements
- Level 2 qualification or equivalent in education or a related field
- A genuine interest in young people and their learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including state-of-the-art facilities, a pleasant location in beautiful Dorset, and opportunities for professional development.
