Educational Assistant for SEN Students

As an Educational Assistant for SEN Students, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with autism and other special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with autism, helping them build confidence and independence.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
