We are seeking a skilled Primary School Teacher to join our team at GSL Education in Bournemouth. As a SEMH specialist, you will work closely with our students and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable but not essential. You will use innovative teaching methods to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach across Key Stage 1 and 2, delivering dynamic lessons that meet the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized learning plans that address specific student needs.
  • Implement strategies to promote student social and emotional wellbeing and develop essential life skills.
  • Regularly assess student progress and attainment, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
