Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading Halifax firm, is seeking a positive and forward-thinking individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via CRM and phone
  • Deal with customer queries over the telephone, email, and CRM
  • Ensure all orders are processed within the day and enquiries are completed and responded to in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Confident and assertive with some knowledge of the construction industry or experience in an inbound sales/customer service environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to react quickly to customer enquiries
  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills and common sense

Working Hours:

The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday.
