- The starting salary for this role is £22,000. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am
- 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am
- 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am
- 4:00pm and we operate on a shift rotation basis (Flexible working options available)_

**What would I be responsible for as a Customer Service Representative?**
- Working as a team to achieve strong customer performance results, providing a service to all of our customers (internal and external) that is memorable for the right reasons and builds our reputation as a great company to work for and do business with
- Having courageous conversations with customers and delivering difficult messages with tact and empathy
- Making quick and effective decisions in what can be a high pressured environment
- Protecting our business by identifying fraud and taking appropriate action
- Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and quality standards
- Undertaking other duties over and above those listed, appropriate to your skills and experience.
