As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Remote Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.
**The Role**:
As a Remote Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be the welcoming voice of Countryside Motorhomes, serving as the first point of contact for our customers.
This role involves speaking with new customers over the phone, understanding their needs, qualifying their inquiries, and preparing them for the next steps with our sales team. Your goal will be to leave every customer with a smile, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a seamless experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with new customers via phone to understand their needs, preferences, and experiences with motorhomes.
- Qualify leads and gather key information to ensure the sales team can provide tailored assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with our family-oriented values.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and continuity of customer care.

**What We're Looking For**:
- Exceptional communication skills on the phone and a friendly, conversational demeanor.
- The ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and motivation.
- Proficiency in using Computer CRM systems, Gmail, and Google Docs.
- A genuine interest in speaking with and assisting our predominantly older customer base.
- Someone who is looking for flexible working hours and enjoys the convenience of working from home.
