Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Sales and Business Management Trainee to join our team at Bridgewater Resources UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a core understanding of our business operations, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing.
- Gain hands-on experience with our vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
- Build relationships with customers, making deals and advising face-to-face over the trade counter.
