About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our comprehensive sales and business management programme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a core knowledge of how our business operates, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
  • Build relationships with customers face-to-face over the trade counter, advising electricians, contractors, and tradespeople on their electrical needs.
  • Complete formal sales training courses, staying overnight alongside other graduate trainees from across the company.
  • Engage with business customers over the phone, learning business development strategies and targeting new trading accounts.
  • Progress to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.
