Business Operations Coordinator

We are working with a leading company in the UK's retail banking sector to find a Business Support Admin to join their team in Andover.
This is a 12-month contract with a competitive hourly rate of £14-15. As a Business Support Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business by providing administrative and customer service support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Managing and prioritizing workload to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Business Support Admin or a similar role
- Strong ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
