About the Position:

Key Accountabilities:
  • To oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation.
  • To collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and seasonal specials.
  • To maintain stringent health and safety standards, upholding the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
