Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Private Client Team to lead our client's Private Client department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Private Client law, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of skilled lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional development and continuous learning.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services and client care, aligning with the firm's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Caseload Management: Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, demonstrating expertise in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of PQE in Private Client law.
  • Proven management and supervisory experience, showcasing leadership skills.
  • Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
