We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a Stirling based Hospital. As a key member of the Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical assistance to designated wards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting and be a GPhC registered Pharmacist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a comprehensive patient-centred clinical pharmacy service
  • Working in various clinical disciplines, including renal, urology, and gastroenterology
  • Developing and leading elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve patient outcomes
  • Ensuring optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals
