Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

Premier Inn Falkirk East is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in leadership and customer service. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including health & safety standards, guest experience, and staff performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. You will also have a strong understanding of hospitality industry practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage health and safety, quality, and cleanliness across the hotel
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry practices and procedures
