Waiting Staff - Casual Role

We are seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our events team in Falkirk.

Work Arrangements:

This is a casual role with flexible shifts, allowing you to choose your own hours and work around your schedule. There is no minimum commitment, and you will only work when it suits you.

Pay and Benefits:

You will be paid at the rate of £50 per hour, with payments made on a weekly basis. Holiday pay will also be accrued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking and delivering customer drink orders
  • Serving food during meal services
  • Assisting with the setup and cleanup of hospitality suites and function rooms

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least six months of experience in waiting or front-of-house roles and be comfortable engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards, the estimated annual salary for this role is £27,000-£30,000.
A well-rounded benefit package will also be offered including holiday pay and competitive hourly rates.
