We are currently seeking a Home Improvement Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sales targets.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a commission structure that rewards high performers. Our benefits also include a company car allowance, on-site training, and flexible working hours.

As a Home Improvement Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting dream spaces for homeowners throughout Cumbria.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing expert advice on home improvement solutions that meet customer requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A strong passion for sales and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  2. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
