We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to join Maitland Selwyn in Preston. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots, adhering to the New Homes Quality Code standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and sale of finishing touches to achieve sales targets.
  2. Coordinate communication and administration associated with sales transactions, liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents, and Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange occurs within 42 days and all required documentation is provided, maintaining audit compliance.
  3. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track the customer journey and provide timely and accurate management information.
  4. Ensure adherence to the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy during site visits, pre-sale demonstrations, and new home showcases to minimize incidents and accidents.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  6. Prior experience in similar roles in new homes sales/estate agency or delivering sales services is advantageous.
  7. A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
Requirements
  • The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
