New Home Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Preston. As a Sales Consultant for residential developments, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and exceeding targets through exceptional negotiation and plot sales skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable 5-star developer, contributing to the success of their sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales activities for allocated developments, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and the sale of finishing touches.

You will work closely with the development team to ensure sales targets are met, while maintaining high standards as set by the New Homes Quality Code. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisers.

We require a skilled Sales Representative who can demonstrate experience within a similar role in new homes sales/estate agency or delivering sales in a service environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and able to analyze data to inform sales strategies. Additionally, you will be committed to ensuring health and safety compliance during site visits and pre-sale/new home demonstrations.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a respected 5-star developer in Preston.
