About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a digital sales environment
  • Strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
