About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a digital sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
