Digital Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a digital sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
