Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as an Onsite Support Technician. The successful candidate will provide technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT systems and networks, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office365
  • Proficient in Cisco networking technologies, including switches and routers
  • Experience with software backups and licenses
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
