Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance & Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our charity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our bookkeeping and day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
- Oversee premises management, resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate team and Board meetings, including invitations, agendas, and papers.
- Provide HR administration and record-keeping support, including preparing paperwork and coordinating recruitment, induction, and leaver processes.
- Act as an IT Superuser, providing technical support and training to colleagues.
- Experience in bookkeeping, preferably using software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to establish and maintain accurate records and systems.
- Confident user of IT software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
