About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Community Impact Bucks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments
  • Coordinate team and Board meetings, including invitations, agendas, and papers
  • Provide HR administration and record-keeping support, including preparing paperwork and coordinating recruitment, induction, and leaver processes
  • Act as an IT Superuser, providing technical support and training to colleagues
Requirements
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident user of IT software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
