We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software, such as Sage.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Sage, and Xero.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No less than 30 hours per week.
- Company pension.
