At Biffa, we're seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Invoice Reconciliation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match 3rd party supplier invoices to purchase orders and work documentation.
  • Raise queries to the Team Leader to ensure supplier accounts run smoothly.
  • Manage supplier queries and support the resolution.
  • Perform other duties within the department as required.

Requirements:

  • Competent on computers and confident at picking up new systems.
  • Experience in an administrative role with exposure to a customer environment.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of financial profit and loss accounts would be desirable.
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer and colleague relationships.
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have a keen eye for detail.
