We are looking for an HR Consultant with:
- Significant HR knowledge and experience, preferably as a Senior HR Generalist in a professional HR Consultancy or as a self-employed HR Consultant.
- Commercial focus, understanding the need to balance employment and commercial requirements.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
- An advocate for change, bringing fresh ideas to our clients.
- Confident and outgoing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep and demonstrable HR expertise, with the ability to shape policy and strategy.
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Delegation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the challenges of the business.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
