Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Ginger Science, Innovation & Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and management to the branch team, ensuring productivity, motivation, and teamwork.
- Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives, including sales targets and customer service standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects, including budget management, revenue generation, and cost control to ensure branch profitability.
- Strong Leadership: Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage and lead the branch team.
- Customer Focus: Prioritizes customer service and ensures that customers' needs are met with professionalism and satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Capable of developing and executing strategic plans to drive branch success.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the trade or relevant industry, understanding market trends, and customer needs.
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 + Car + Bonus
