About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist Manager to lead our Paediatric CNS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people with complex and long-term conditions.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in acute paediatric care and a proven track record of managing a team of clinical nurse specialists. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent clinical, organisational, and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Paediatric CNS team
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to children and young people
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical nurse specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse - Child qualification
  • Teaching Qualification (e.g., SLAIP)
  • Management Qualification
  • Proven experience in managing a team of clinical nurse specialists
  • Significant experience in acute paediatric care
