Job Title: Supervisor

At Watchfinder, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Act as a Key Holder and assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the management team.
  • Contribute to the development of new sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of luxury goods and watches, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
