About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Pricing Strategy Director to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and oversee the execution of pricing strategies to enhance revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Analyse pricing data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimise performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Prepare and present pricing strategy reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
