IT Service Desk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality IT service desk service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and self-service channels
  • Log and manage incidents, service requests, and problems in our IT service management system
  • Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT service delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, applications, and technologies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service level agreements and quality targets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT service desk or helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
